Soulvy LLC ("we," "us," or "our") builds iOS applications designed to respect your privacy. This policy explains how our apps handle your data.

Data Collection
Our apps are designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect no personal data. All data you create within our apps — including settings, preferences, habits, and records — is stored locally on your device.

- We do not display advertisements
- We do not sell or share any data with third parties
iCloud Sync
Some of our apps offer optional sync via Apple's CloudKit (iCloud). When enabled, your data is synced securely through your personal iCloud account. This data is managed entirely by Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.
On-Device Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage mechanisms. If you delete an app, all locally stored data associated with that app is also deleted.
Children's Privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since we do not collect data from any users, no special provisions are necessary.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
