How do I reset my data?
You can reset app data by deleting and reinstalling the app from the App Store. All locally stored data will be removed. If you use iCloud sync, your data may still be available in your iCloud account.

Is my data private?
Yes. All Soulvy apps store data locally on your device. We do not collect, track, or share your personal information. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How does iCloud sync work?
Some apps offer optional iCloud sync through Apple's CloudKit. When enabled, your data syncs across your Apple devices via your personal iCloud account. We never access this data.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store. If the issue persists, try restarting your device. If it's still happening, email us with your device model and iOS version.
